How long is the Called Coach Institute (CCI ) program?
The program typically spans 24 weeks, with both live sessions and self-paced components. Please refer to the syllabus for specific dates and deadlines. 3 of those weeks are scheduled breaks from live class.
What if I miss a live class?
If you miss a live class, you are required to watch the recorded session and complete any associated assignments. If you know you will miss a class, please inform your coach in advance to arrange accommodation.
How are assignments graded?
Please refer to the policies page to view the grading policy.
Can I request an extension on an assignment?
Extensions are granted for approved reasons, such as health, family emergencies, or work-related issues. Please notify your coach as soon as possible if you need more time.
What platforms will we use during the program?
The primary platforms used are Zoom for live sessions and LearnWorlds, is the learning platform where all your course materials, lessons, and resources are housed. Specific platform guides will be provided, and each platform's FAQ and support links are available in your course materials
How do I access the program’s resources?
You will have access to all course resources through the CCI learning portal. This includes syllabi, video lessons, assignment guidelines, and discussion boards.
How can I ask questions outside of class?
You can submit questions through the weekly Q&A form or participate in the discussion boards: A member of our team will respond either directly in the platform community or during weekly review sessions. Our team is available Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM CST, and questions submitted during these hours will be addressed within two hours. Questions asked over the weekend or on holidays will be answered on the next business day.
What is the attendance policy?
Attendance is mandatory for all live sessions. However, we understand that emergencies happen, and in such cases, a recording of the session can be accessed. Please review the attendance policy.
How do payments work?
Payments are processed through our secure platform. If you experience issues, please contact customer service within three days to resolve the problem. After 7 days of non-payment, access to the course will be paused until the balance is resolved. Please refer to the Payment Policy.
What if I signed up for the payment plan but want to pay it off sooner?
You can pay it off sooner. For billing questions or payment issues, please email our support team at support@calledcoachinstitue.com

What happens if I fall behind?
If you fall behind, reach out to your support coach as soon as possible to create a plan to catch up. Missing too many assignments without communication may result in delayed certification or additional fees for program extensions. Please refer to the Extension Policy.
Is there a refund policy?
Refunds are available within the first 14 days of enrollment. No refunds will be issued after this period. Please refer to the Refund Policy.
How do I graduate from the program?
To graduate, you must complete all assignments, attend required live sessions, and pass the coaching competency exam if on a payment plan your account must be current to participate in the CCI graduation. If your account has been paid in full upon completion of the program, you will receive your coaching certification. If you're on a payment plan you will receive your certificate once your account is paid in full.
Will I have lifetime access to the course materials?
Yes, students who have paid their accounts in full will have lifetime access to all course materials.
