Graduation and Certificate Issuance Policy
Graduation from Called Coach Institute (CCI) is a significant milestone that reflects a student’s commitment, consistency, and completion of all program requirements. To be eligible to graduate and participate in the graduation ceremony, all requirements must be completed on schedule and in good standing.
-
Graduation Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for graduation, students must meet all of the following criteria:
- Completion of All Assignments: All coursework, assignments, and required projects must be completed by their assigned deadlines. Late or incomplete work may impact graduation eligibility.
- Passing Required Exams: Students must pass all required exams, demonstrating mastery and understanding of the program material.
- Attendance Requirements: Students must meet CCI’s minimum attendance requirements to ensure full participation and engagement throughout the program.
- Academic Standing: Any student who is on probation or suspension at the time of the final graduation audit is not eligible to graduate, regardless of assignment or exam completion.
- Financial Obligations: All financial obligations must be satisfied in full. Students with past-due or outstanding balances are not eligible to graduate or participate in the graduation ceremony. Students are encouraged to address payment concerns proactively by contacting Customer Support at support@calledcoachinstitute.com.
-
Final Graduation Audit
Graduation eligibility is confirmed through a final graduation audit. Only students who meet all academic, attendance, and financial requirements at the time of this audit will be approved for graduation.
-
Certificate Issuance Policy
Life Coaching Certification Certificates are issued digitally via email ONLY after all program requirements are completed and the student’s account balance is paid in full.
Certificates will not be released to students with outstanding balances, regardless of coursework completion. Certification issuance is contingent upon both academic completion and fulfillment of all financial obligations.
To avoid delays in receiving your certification, please ensure your account is fully paid and all requirements are satisfied.
