How do I update my payment method?

You may update your card or payment method by contacting Customer Service at support@calledcoachinstitute.com

Can I switch from 12 Pay to 18 Pay during the enrollment period?

You may update your payment schedule during the enrollment period  by contacting Customer Service at support@calledcoachinstitute.com and they will provide you with available options.

What happens if my payment fails?

Please see our payment policies. If a payment fails, your account may enter a billing review status and access to certain program features may be limited until the balance is resolved. Please contact Customer Service immediately to update your payment information.

Can I pause or stop my payments?

No. Enrollment in Called Coach Institute is a commitment to the full program tuition. Payments cannot be paused, canceled, or stopped after the refund window has closed.

Am I responsible for the full tuition even if I stop attending?

Yes. Students are financially responsible for the entire program tuition regardless of attendance, participation, or completion status.

Will I receive a refund if I am suspended or expelled?

No. Academic suspension or expulsion does not release a student from their financial obligation. Billing will continue until the tuition balance is paid in full.

Who do I contact for billing questions?

All billing, payment, and account questions should be sent to:

Can I contact instructors or staff about billing?

No. Instructors, coaches, and staff should not be contacted about billing through email, Zoom chat, social media, or personal messages. All billing matters must go through Customer Service.

Will unpaid balances affect graduation or certification?

Yes. Students with outstanding balances are not eligible for graduation, participation in the ceremony, or certificate issuance. Certificates are only released once the account is paid in full.

What if I have both academic and billing questions?

Use the correct channel:

How Do I Request A Refund?

  • Refunds may only be requested before March 3rd at 11:59 PM CST.
  • The refund period has ended and refunds and cancellations are no longer available.
  • Requests submitted after the refund deadline will not be approved.
  • After the refund window closes, all payments are final and non-refundable.
