Complete The New Student Checklist

The New Student Checklist is designed to help you get fully oriented and prepared for your journey at Called Coach Institute. Each step includes a short instruction video to show you exactly where to go and how to complete it.

1. Complete The Orientation Course

What you’ll do:
Get a full overview of Called Coach Institute, including how the program is structured, what’s required for certification, and how to navigate LearnWorlds with confidence.

4. Complete the New Student Profile Form

What you’ll do:
Submit your official student profile so our team has the correct information to support you throughout the program and certification process.

2. Download the Called Coach Roadmap

What you’ll do:
Download your visual guide to the entire CCI journey, including key milestones, assignments, and expectations from enrollment to graduation.

Earn Your First CCI Badge!

3. Update Your Communication Access

What you’ll do:
Learn how to save Called Coach Institute to your email contacts so our messages land in your inbox, and how to enable important text reminders for deadlines, live calls, and time-sensitive updates.

Next Steps:
Attend Prep Rally & Complete the Program Readiness Assessment

What you’ll do:
After you attend the Prep Rally on Feb. 17th, answer a short assessment that helps confirm your readiness so you can move through the program with clarity and intention.

Your Success Setup

Your Success Set-Up starts here: choose your weekly Day 1, update your email account, download your workbook, and begin Module 1: Healed.

What you’ll do:
 You will select the button on the left to choose the day of the week you want to begin your journey. That day becomes your weekly Day 1. Your guidance will begin on the next occurrence of the day you select — whether that’s today, tomorrow, or the upcoming week.

3. Download the first Workbook


What you’ll do:
Download the Module 1: Healed workbook to guide your reflection, journaling, and healing work.

2. Update Your Communication Access

What you’ll do:
Add us to your email contacts so you receive our messages and tips along the way.

4. Start Today


What you’ll do:
Today is a great day to begin. Choose to start now and step into your journey with intention.
